There's a Casino Boat up the road, and even if you don't gamble, worth the trip! There's a bar with table, chairs, lounges, on the top deck offering fabulous views of the area, wildlife, and the ocean! There's also kayaking, tubing, and Tiki Bar rental up the road. We provide beach chairs, umbrella and soft-sided cooler for your use, as well as beach towels. Our unit has its own washer and dryer, a well-stocked kitchen with coffee pot, keureg, starting coffee pods, toaster, blender, instant pot. There is no daily maid service or towel exchange. This is a private rental. You do get your key at the lobby front desk and you can enjoy all the resort's amenities We provide start up supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, hair conditioner, soap, dish detergent and dish washer and washer detergent. Guest access Please note: Avista Resort is in NORTH Myrtle Beach. We are in the NORTH tower. (There’s a north and south tower)You must drive into the North Tower parking garage, which is on the ground floor; after you've parked, go to the first floor to check in to get your key, then unload your luggage onto the luggage cart (there are many helpers), go to the 16th floor, 1614. Once settled, go back to the parking garage to move your car to the multi-level parking garage across the street. Note: there is only one parking pass available. There is a complimentary shuttle service. FYI: If you have a handicap sticker, you can park for free in any public metered spot in MB. This does not include private parking lots. There is also public parking next to the building and across the street. Remember to put NORTH Myrtle Beach in your GPS when driving to Avista and remember NORTH Tower! Other things to note Please note that Avista requires that when you check in, you must show ID, make and model of your car, and license plate number. There is also only one parking pass available for the covered garage. This is their way of making sure that only registered guests can use the parking garage and amenities and for safety sake. There are many amenities that Avista has that only Avista guests can use. Without the ability to predict future events,, etc. plans may and do sometimes change. Due to reservations blocking calendars from other potential guests, we must stick to our cancellation policy for all guests. While it's not a requirement to book, travel insurance is HIGHLY recommended and is offered by Airbnb at the time you book your reservation. Please read their terms. This would also be good for weather where we sometimes get tropical storms and hurricanes. We do not offer refunds due to bad weather unless its mandatory evacuation. Again, this is where travel insurance would be helpful.
