Welcome to Riad Coco in Marrakech... Charm, authenticity and comfort in the heart of the Medina. Nestled in a quiet and very accessible (by car) derb in the heart of the Medina. The refurbishment was finished in January 2024, offering a haven of peace for your stay in Marrakech. Riad Coco can accommodate up to 10 people. The Riad is rented exclusively and is fully private for you to enjoy in complete tranquility! It offers four spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The space As soon as you enter in Riad Coco, you will be enchanted by the 40 m2 patio decorated with a refreshing pool, a true oasis within the Riad. Around the patio, discover a double bedroom, a kitchen semi-open to a dining room, as well as two living rooms. One of them is decorated with a fireplace, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere during winter evenings. Upstairs, three additional bedrooms await you, 2 triple bedrooms (ensuite) and a double bedroom (ensuite). On the second floor you will discover an enchanting terrace housing a summer kitchen, a relaxation area with a large sofa and sun loungers. Guest access The riad is accessible within 100m to a car access and the main tourist acitvities can be done by walk Other things to note Amenities: - Wifi - Reversible air conditioning - Egyptian cotton bedding - Fresh Bath Towels - Hairdryer + shower gel - Pool towels + foutas + hats - Outdoor kitchen Aziza, our housekeeper will be present every day to take care of you and the Riad. Rooms are made every day and final cleaning is included in your reservation. Airport transfer: We can arrange your outbound and/or return airport transfer. The rate per trip for 4 people is 250dh which will be paid as soon as you arrive at the Riad. For more than 4 people, price is available upon on request For late arrivals (After 9pm) we charge 150dh. Meal: Breakfast will be prepared at the Riad by Aziza and is included in our rate from 8am to 10:30am. If you wish to have lunch or dinner, Aziza will be happy to prepare Moroccan specialties for you. Meal consists of a starter - main course - dessert. Lunch: 150 Dhs Diner : 250 Dhs.( payment in dirham ) Guest access For hygiene and safety reasons, the kitchen and laundry room are not accessible. Respect the place: Riad Coco is not a hotel, it is a private riad, our house. We are entrusting you with the keys to our little paradise and we ask that you be respectful and take great care of it. All amenities made available belong to the Riad Coco and must not exit the Riad. You will be charged for any damage that requires replacement or repair. Upon arrival and departure, a quick inventory will be made with the housekeeper. The enclosed areas (rooms ) are non-smoking Respect the neighborhood: We ask you to adopt a good attitude towards the neighborhood ( no noise after 11 p.m.) and to respect the morrocan culture. If the nuisance rules are not respected, we reserve the right to shorten your stay. Guests: - Any additional guests must be declared. - For Moroccan or mixed couples ( if one of the spouses is a moroccan nationality) a marriage certificate is mandatory and must be shown when you checked in. - Illegal substances are strictly forbidden from bringing or consuming within the riad. - Sex tourism is strictly forbidden under penalty of expulsion immediate and prosecution. Safety: - The host is responsible for his family, children, the use of the pool, courtyards and the terrace is your responsibility. - For your safety and well-being, it is important that the terrace door always remains closed when you are no longer there and especially at night. - Every time you leave the Riad, it is imperative to close the door with the keys.
