If the room or equipment is soiled, we will charge the actual cost of restoration and a fine of 30,000 yen. ・If the staying persons' number is more than the reservation number or has false person number, you will be charged a penalty of 5,000 yen for each excess or false number of person. If you bring a pet without permission or make a false application, you will be charged a 30,000 yen penalty and forced removal of the pet. Security camera at the entrance is activated when no one is staying. ・If there is any smoke inside the room(including E-cigarette), the total cost of penalty will be 50,000 yen.
