Main level offers a cozy living space with a couch that converts into a queen bed, TV equipped with Apple TV, an eating area, half bath and well-appointed kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, a Keurig along with other kitchen resources. A pack-n-play is also provided and available for use. Upstairs features two queen bedrooms with a shared full bathroom off the hallway. Bathroom amenities provided include towels, shampoo/conditioner/bodywash. Guest access Guests are able to access the whole townhome including the covered parking spot directly out front. There is a back patio with the soothing sounds of Logger's Creek. The locked storage area attached to the covered parking space is for owner's storage. Other things to note *Quiet hours are from 9pm-8am. *This is a non-smoking home. Any evidence of smoking will automatically result in a $1,000 mitigation fee. *For allergen reasons, this is a pet-free home (excluding service animals). Any evidence of an unapproved pet who is not a service animal in the unit will result in a $200 fee. *Early check-in or late check-out is possible depending on other guest reservations and cleaners schedules. Please communicate with us as soon as possible to see if we can accommodate. A modest fee may apply if it affects the cleaner's schedules. *If a failure to follow the house rules impacts the next guest’s stay and causes the need to discount or refund that next guest, the resulting cost will be passed along to you.
