Other things to note SECURITY DEPOSIT We collect a THB 20,000 security deposit at check-in which is refunded at the time of check-out. Please provide this deposit in cash at the time of your check-in. If you do not have Thai Baht, we can also accept the equivalent in a major international currency (USD/EUR/AUD/SGD). VILLA BREAKFAST We offer a delicious continental or Asian breakfast for THB 500/day per adult and THB 350/day for children aged 12 and under. To ensure availability, please place your order by 3 PM the day before. LAUNDRY We do not have a washing machine in the villa but offer a very affordable laundry service at THB 100/kg with free pick up and delivery. Please contact our staff if you would like to utilise this service. BEACH & TIDES The beach in front of our property is quite shallow and the water level depends on the prevailing tides. It is swimmable at certain times of the year during high tide, but most of the time guests will have to walk a bit to reach a swimmable depth. The upside of this is that it's extremely safe for younger kids who tend to enjoy playing in the shallow water, chasing crabs, or playing fun games on the sandbanks. WATER SPORTS EQUIPMENT We also provide complimentary use of a 3-person kayak as well as two stand-up paddle boards (SUP). This equipment is shared by both villas and cannot be used at night or at low tide for guest safety. Please ask our staff to prepare the equipment for you if you are keen to use it. DISCOUNTS & SPECIAL OFFERS All applicable discounts and special offers are already reflected in the price you see on Airbnb. We do not give additional discounts beyond this, and our pricing is not tied to the number of guests staying in the villa. We only rent the entire villa, and the price will be the same whether guests use all the bedrooms or not. We do offer discounts for longer stays which are applied automatically by Airbnb. Various discounts apply to stays of 7, 14, and 28 nights. Please adjust your dates accordingly to ensure these discounts are reflected correctly.
