San Pietro train station is 6 minutes walk away and closest metro station is Ottaviano just less than 20 mins walk. The space The apartment is composed of 3 double bedrooms (2 double bedrooms has beds 160x190 cms, the third double bedroom has bed 140x200 cms) and a twin bedroom (beds are 125x190 cms), living room with dining area and open kitchen, 3 bathrooms with shower (2 are en suite accessible from the 2 double bedrooms with larger beds) and a laundry. The apartment is fully refurbished and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay: free wi-fi, smart TV, autonomous air conditioning (in the living room and in each bedroom), autonomous heating, oven, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, washing machine and dishwashing machine. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment. Other things to note Upon check-in the guest will be requested to sign a lease agreement. For stays equal to or longer than 14 days, a payment of 215€ in cash is required upon check-in as an addition to the cleaning fee for housekeeping and the change of all linens on the day in the middle of the stay between 10:00AM and 04:00PM. Late check-in from 09:00PM to midnight costs 30€ to be paid cash upon check-in. It's not possible to check-in after midnight.
