The space Our property has a front row view designated by the Secretary of the Interior as a Natural National Landmark. Every picture you take from our deck is a picture postcard. The entire solar colonial home was built from the ground up by the tech savvy Grandma who will be hosting you. She spared no expense. The huge kitchen is state of the art with a heated floor. We have fast Wi-Fi and nearly every room has a smart TV and built-in USB adapters. Simply put it's a comfy marvel of technology with a stellar view. Guest access In addition to your 3-room suite on the 2nd floor you can use the entire 1st floor of our million dollar property. That includes our state-of-the-art kitchen, dining room, dinette, living room, family room, 40-foot front porch and our show-stopping 40-foot lakeview deck with grill, fire table and generous outdoor seating. During your stay I ALWAYS meet my guests just after arrival then retire to my own entirely separate residence. After that, I only visit the guest area, for example, if one wants to hear about the history of the area or learn how to use our devices, such as our gas fireplace, touch screen refrigerator, induction cooktop or outdoor fire table. Wildlife abounds here so don't be surprised if I send you a text saying there's a fox basking under the evergreens or Mama Deer and her twins are back. I am at your service from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. I set breakfast out around 7am, but feel free to sleep in. Other things to note GUESTS WITH PETS... DAY Pet sitting: $20 hr (7am - 7pm) OVERNIGHT Pet sitting: $100 7-9pm + 12 hrs PAYABLE IN ADVANCE. LATE CHECK OUT If possible... $20 per hour It starts at 15 minutes after regular check out... and rounded UP to the nearest full hour.
