The space We offer independent suites in our house, with access to an incredible agroforestry garden. A corner to enjoy the sound of birds and the biodiversity of the Atlantic Forest, with the amenities of being in the city center. Ideal for those who want to eat out and enjoy the wonderful cuisine of Ubatuba. Guest access We offer a complimentary parking space for our guests just 20 meters from the entrance door. We are located in the Center, close to the best cuisine in Ubatuba, within a radius of 1 km of several bakeries, bars and restaurants and markets. Only 500 meters from the downtown waterfront. Other things to note - You can arrive from 2:00pm, at any time you wish, we send a message on the day of check-in with the property access guidelines. - Check-out is by 11:00 the next day, regardless of the time of arrival. - Our cleaning fee is only for checkout, and includes a professional maid and laundry service to ensure a better cleaning service for our guests. Rooms are NOT cleaned during the stay, if you want extra cleaning, we charge an additional service fee of R$60. - Common areas such as the pool and garden can be used until 10 p.m. NO sound of any kind is allowed, we suggest that you use headphones. We ask for silence after 10 p.m. In case of disrespect, the guest will be asked to leave. - Guests do NOT have access to our kitchen, but the suites are equipped with a sandwich maker, coffee maker, dishes, glasses and cutlery, as well as a minibar. - The TV is Smart, just for streaming, we DO NOT have paid channels. - Smoking is allowed in the outdoor areas only, smoking is NOT allowed inside the rooms. - We are not responsible for lost or forgotten objects
