Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Located in a small village on the edge of newark. Few minutes drive to A46,A17 & A1. It’s ideal as a halfway point from north to south & East Midlands airport. An ideal base for visiting family or friends or for events inc antique fairs at showground and to see Newark historic town. We are 5 minutes walk from the river Trent and boast some lovely public houses on the riverside. The annex is in our back garden, We do own a dog who will be around. The space It’s a lovely open planned annex with living room and kitchen, separate large bathroom/ shower room with WC and basin, And large double bed. All newly built and decorated. Guest access Will access via side gate to the back where the annex is built. Other things to note We only have one thing that we do own a dog, Eddie who will trot down the garden, he’s a lazy dog so won’t be bothering guests he normally likes to see you when you arrive then he doesn’t care after that.
