The space In the heart of the home, the living room is a vibrant space with plenty of nooks to relax in, be it on the window seat beside the wood burner, in the armchair or sprawled out on the sofa. Next door, an all-white dining room offers a place to gather around and share stories over a meal cooked up in the modern kitchen. Completing the floor is a handy utility room and the grey-tiled family bathroom. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms: the first a minimalist king-size with built-in storage, and the second is a single. Up a few further steps is the final bedroom with a comfortable double bed. The garden features a sunny patio and an enclosed lawn, and boasts a fire pit and a private hot tub where long evenings can be enjoyed whatever the weather. Ladock village sits just a mile away from the peaceful hamlet where the cottage resides, where a local pub and shop can be found. Head to the bustling cathedral city of Truro (8 miles) to explore the markets and visit one of the many galleries in the area or travel 12 miles to Falmouth for a full seaside experience with walks along the harbour and wildlife cruises available to book. A number of exciting family attractions are also within easy reach with the mystery of The Lost Gardens of Heligan (13 miles) and an educational day out surrounded by exotic plants at The Eden Project (18 miles).
