In the heart of Rome, just a short walk from the Spanish Steps, this elegant one-bedroom apartment offers the perfect balance between comfort and location. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room features a comfortable sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, bright and stylishly furnished rooms. Spagna metro station is just a few minutes' walk away. Perfect for exploring Rome on foot, surrounded by shops, restaurants and iconic landmarks. The space The flat sleeps four: two in the double bedroom and two on the double sofa bed. The beds have brand-new mattresses, our pillows are memory foam but we also have standard pillows, and bed linen and blankets are included in the price. We also have a fully equipped kitchen: induction hob, microwave, washer-dryer, electric oven, dishwasher, toaster, and kettle. The dining table is also very convenient for working. Finally, we have a bathroom with all the amenities: toiletries, towels, soap, a hairdryer and toilet paper. Guest access Once you arrive at the apartment, please note that there are two flights of stairs to climb on foot, as there is no lift. We are located in the very heart of Rome, within an area that is a limited-traffic zone (ZTL) during the day, so hiring a car is not recommended. Everything is within easy walking distance, allowing you to explore the city in a convenient and enjoyable way. Other things to note We are not a hotel, so our reception is open only on request, so check-in must be coordinated with our staff, for this reason we ask for your cooperation in informing us, as soon as possible, of the arrival time of your flight/train/bus and to let us know if you will have internet access with your mobile phone during the trip on the day of check-in.
