The Sunset Lakehouse is for making precious memories while being tucked away from the world in a cozy home setup for the whole family. Find rest swinging on the dock at sunset or the patio bed in the early morning, experience the lake on kayaks, build memories by the fire pit with smores, and sleep like never before in comfy beds. We've built memories that will last a lifetime at this special place and now we're excited to open it to you and your family to add your own laughs & new adventures. The space We have a total of 4 private bedrooms, with 3 located upstairs and 1 downstairs. Beds total 5, 1 king, 3 queens and 1 full size. This includes the pull down Murphy Bed located downstairs in the main living room extension/child play area. 3 full bathroom, each with a shower. 2 separate dinette tables with seating up to 10. We also have a large picnic table on the deck with seating up to 10. Guest access Due to our HOA rules guests are not able to dock their boats to our dock or pull their boats ashore at the property. This jeopardizes our ability to keep our home as an Air B&B. Our guests can fish off of our dock, they can fish in the private cove while in their boats & our guests are more than welcome to keep their boats on their trailer on the property at night. The 2 main HOA rules are that guests are not able to use the private community ramp or dock their boat to our dock. 2 public ramps are located about a mile & a mile 1/2 from our property. Hopefully this information is helpful. Other things to note ⚠️ IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING ⚠️ We are located on the lake; however, boats are NOT permitted to be tied, stored, or launched from the dock, and swimming is NOT allowed from the property. These are strict HOA (Homeowners Association) regulations that we are legally required to follow. Violations may result in fines and immediate cancellation of the reservation. The lake view is beautiful and perfect for relaxing, fishing from shore, and enjoying peaceful mornings — but the dock is not available for boat use or water access.
