Very nice apartment located on the first floor of a private house, with a modular bedroom (1 bed 2 people or 2 beds 1 person), a very well-equipped kitchen, a shower room, a separate toilet and a large living room with a sofa bed for 2 people. Located in a very quiet little village, not far from Luxembourg's Little Switzerland. Accessible by public transport by bus lines 190, 191 and 116 from Diekirch and Ettelbruck stations. The space The apartment is +/- 90 square meters. The kitchen is very well equipped: ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer. It also has all the utensils for cooking as well as a good set of cookware. You will find the minimum necessary for cooking (spices, oil and vinegar) and a Nespresso coffee machine and coffee capsules. The bedroom is equipped with very good bedding and a large format TV. The living room is very spacious and also has a TV. A small south-facing balcony allows you to relax while watching the ornamental chickens stroll through the garden. You will also have a shower room and a separate toilet. All of these rooms are private. The staircase is shared with the owner of the premises who lives on the ground floor of the house and has bedrooms on the second floor. It is possible, on request, to have a bedroom on the second floor in addition to the apartment and for an additional charge of €30. The apartment is separated from the stairwell by a thick curtain. The house is very quiet and allows you to stay in peace and privacy. Pets are allowed. The owner has 3 cats that live on the ground floor and outside. Cats can't go upstairs. Guest access The apartment is private. Tenants can access the washer and dryer in the garage. For those coming with bicycles, it is possible to leave them in the entrance hall. Other things to note In the living room, you will find plenty of documentation about hikes and tours in the area.
