The space You will find at your disposal: On the ground floor: - a large warm dining/ living room space with fireplace, TV, cathedral ceiling, walls with exposed stones. - a mezzanine with a work area, a piano, a play and reading area,... - a kitchen with everything you need and a dining area for 4 people. - a library room with novels, comics, board games, CDs, DVDs. - a bathroom with bathtub, shower and double sinks. - a toilet - a large bedroom with a 140 double bed and a door - window overlooking the garden Upstairs, on one side of the house: A cozy rooftop bedroom with a 2 seater sofa bed and armchair. The staircase to the bedroom is quite steep. Upstairs, across the house: - a large bedroom with a single bed, a recent 1 seater convertible armchair, a desk. - a large bedroom with a single bed, 1 recent 1 seater convertible armchair, a desk. You will also find in this bedroom a bathroom space with a shower + sink. - a toilet on the landing Outside, a garden on two levels fully fenced and closed by a gate is available for your use. - A garden table for 8 people is on the first level. A barbecue is available for grilling evenings! - garden furniture is located in the lower garden where you can enjoy the sun all afternoon, until sunset for an aperitif! - a deep above-ground swimming pool will be installed starting in June in the lower garden. Simply remove the ladder for added safety/non-swimmers. - You can also enjoy the shade and coolness under the trees while resting on the deckchairs available to you. You may also have a chance to pick the cherries! - You will also find outdoor games (bocce, archery, Molkky). A bocce court is located just behind the garden. - a clothesline will allow you to hang your laundry in the sun. A dryer + a dryer will also be available in case of bad weather. Close to Paris and Fontainebleau, and 5 km from all amenities, this warm, spacious and functional house should allow you to have a peaceful and relaxing stay. Guest access You will have access to the whole house except for the mezzanine above the garage. Other things to note To facilitate communication with foreign guests, we are fluent in English.
