All guests have access to their private patios and outdoor facilities only. Other things to note • Only motorcycle parking is available within the homestay premises. Street parking is also available, but please make sure not to block the front of any gates or establishments. • For van transfers and vehicle rentals, we don't offer these services. However, we can provide suggestions or refer you to those who have them. • Since the homestay is located near the road, there may be some noise coming from the vehicles passing as well as nearby construction. While we generally discourage bringing children for the comfort of all guests, we understand it may not always be avoidable. In such cases, children aged 2–12 will incur an additional charge of ₱1,000 per night (no extra bed provided). Guests 12 and above are considered adults. Please note that we can only accommodate up to 4 adults in this room.
