Krowne Cabin is a family-friendly mountain retreat where rustic charm meets modern comfort; a space for family bonding and relaxation. The fully-equipped kitchen encourages culinary exploration, while mornings on the deck offer panoramic mountain views. With varied sleeping arrangements and ample gathering space, Krowne Cabin caters to groups/families of all sizes, ensuring a restful night's sleep. For families with children, there are 2 travel cribs, toys and baby gates. The space There are two open living/gathering areas. The "den" includes a foosball table, pellet stove, large sectional and TV. The "living room" is connected to the kitchen, has picture windows of the outdoors, access to the deck and a lovely wood burning stove. The primary bedroom is on the top floor with a private back deck, full bathroom and sitting area overlooking the living room with great views of the mountains. Two bedrooms share a full bath on the same floor with the main living space. The first floor encompasses the den, bathroom (shower only), washer/dryer, and the fourth bedroom; perfect to light sleepers or those who want a bit of seclusion from the rest of the house. The recently installed hot tub provides a great place to relax after a day of activities. Given the cool evenings, this is a welcome retreat year round. A guest usage agreement is required for use of the hot tub. Guest access you'll have the entire 2400 sq ft of the house as well as the full acre lot to yourself. Hello seclusion! Other things to note Please note that the house sits at 11,000 ft, so be sure to hydrate and if coming from lower elevation, take your time to acclimate! A guest usage agreement is required for use of the hot tub and will be emailed to all guests following booking of the property. Access to the property in the winter months (Nov - April) does require a 4 wheel drive vehicle as well as snow tires given the snow we get in the area. The driveway is plowed whenever 4in+ of snow falls or at guest request.
