Southend Cottage is lovely stone built cottage based in the picturesque village of Sinnington. The double bedroom is tastefully designed with an emphasis on comfort and includes private en-suite shower room, TV and Wi-Fi. The cottage is set in an acre of garden with river frontage and is a perfect base to explore the moors and coast or enjoy pony trekking, stately homes and seaside resorts, all easily accessible from this picturesque village. The space We offer a private bedroom with en-suite shower room. The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe . chest of drawers and dressing tab le and mirror. TV and wifi. There are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room but you are welcome to use the kitchen. Towels are provided and there is a lock on the inside of the door. Guests are welcome in the shared spaces - including lounge and conservatory. The garden has a multitude od seats - following the sun around the garden and a river shed over looking the Rive Seven - great for kingfisher spotting! Guest access Guests are welcome in the lounge and conservatory and kitchen to make hot drinks During your stay We will be around most of the time s - or contactable on mobile. We are happy to share any information about the area over a glass of wine or a cup of tea, but also respect our guests privacy
