60m2 flat. Uninterrupted view. Quiet location in a house with 3 flats. Beach 5 minutes' walk away. Public transport + free admission to museums with the Tourist card INCLUE. Bus stop 2 steps away. City centre 8 minutes by bus. Line 102 every 10' during the day. I may use the bathroom and kitchen on weekdays but the flat is yours most of the time. Serrières SBB station is a 5-minute walk away. Blue zone parking in front of the building. Free at weekends. Denner supermarket next door. The space The flat has one bedroom, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a comfortable living area. Coffee and tea are available, as well as a wide range of spices and essentials. Guest access The entire property is accessible to travellers. I do not sleep on site but I am likely to use the bathroom and kitchen from time to time during the week. If you stay for 1 week, the accommodation is entirely yours from Friday evening to Monday for the price of shared accommodation! During your stay I can be contacted at any time and will respond to your needs as quickly as possible. The flat is at your disposal most of the time. Other things to note Parking spaces are available in the blue zone. Parking time is therefore limited on working days. A parking permit is issued by city security at a cost of 10 chf / day. Tourist tax has to be paid on arrival.
