The space The house has 5 suites all air-conditioned and very airy with large tilting windows and cross ventilation. The rooms are 2 en-suites with a double bed in each bedroom, 2 en-suites that can be arranged with a double bed or 2 single beds in each room depending on your need and 1 last suite has 2 single beds (bunk bed). The rent includes the services of 1 housekeeper (from 8:00 to 16:00) who is also a great cook and can prepare the best that Bahian food has to offer. If there are more than 6 guests, you will need to hire an extra maid ($170/day not included in someone). The house is located in the Outeiro das Brisas condominium, with a lot of security and ample living areas great for children to play loose. It has a golf course, tennis courts, beach tennis and soccer. It has a lagoon with stand-up for strolling and several hiking trails. Guarda sol and beach chairs are offered by the condominium (no need to take to the beach). Inside the condominium there are some restaurants and a small warehouse for emergency shopping, and it is located next to the mirror beach which also offers several restaurant options. Other things to note If you prefer, grocery shopping can be done online at the CAMBUI supermarket in Porto Seguro and request to deliver to the house (you need to order at least 1 week in advance).
