This property enjoys a fantastic location on Harrogates Cheltenham Mount, which is situated right in the centre of the town just 0.2 milesfrom the towns sumptuous Turkish Baths and the famous Bettys Tearooms. There is plenty to see and do in the town, from shops and restaurants, to cinemas and museums, but for those who want to see a bit more of the surrounding area this can be easily done as the town is well-connected by both road and rail. The space The historic town of York is just 20 miles to the east of the town, whilst some 16 miles to the south the city of Leeds is known as an excellent destination for high-end shopping. Several stone steps lead up to the front door of this property, beyond which guests will find the spacious lounge which looks out over the front aspect of the property and offers comfortable seating as well as a TV/DVD, and a selection of books and games. The kitchen/diner, meanwhile, offers seating for seven diners and is equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, and freezer, whilst the washing machine and tumble dryer are housed separately on the lower-ground floor which is also home to a triple bedroom furnished with twin beds and single bed and its own TV, making it ideal for a couple with a young child. A bathroom on this floor has a bath, separate shower, and WC, whilst there is a cloakroom with WC situated back upstairs on the ground floor. A second set of stairs leads to the first floor of the house where there are two further bedrooms. The first of these is a double room, whilst the other is a twin room . Both of these rooms benefit from their own shower room with shower and WC, as well as their own TV. A door from the utility area leads down a step to the rear terrace garden, which provides guests with a pleasant spot to enjoy al fresco drinks or dining and for which there is garden furniture provided.
