The front door has a width of 120cm whilst the other access door has a width of 300cm. The outside surrounding areas are all flat, the width of the path surrounding the pool is 250cm. The pool does contain roman steps. Although the outside of the villa is all flat, the villa itself is situated on a steep hill. The two bedrooms located on the ground floor, both doors are 86cm wide whereas both ensuites are 76cm wide. There are 22 steps to the first floor, where both bedrooms have a door width of 82cm and both ensuites have a door width of 76cm.
