Guest access Please contact the concierge to arrange a check-in time. Depending on the arrival time, the concierge or the housekeeper on site will provide you with keys. Standard check-in is 3:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. Early arrival/late departure can be provided upon request and will be granted based on availability. Return keys to the on-site housekeeper upon check-out. Failure to do so will result in a key replacement fee of USD 30. For the entrance to the building there is an additional charge for identification handles of $15mil COP and/or $4USD per person.
