The apartment has two separate bedrooms, equipped with a double bed with two single mattresses each 90 x 200 cm (bedroom 1) and a large single bed (bedroom 2), a living room with pull-out corner sofa and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The second bedroom is accessible through the living room, all other rooms are separate from the hallway. The 2-room apartment (approx. 70 sqm) is located on the upper floor of the two-family house and has a separate entrance. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed with two mattresses each 90 x 190 cm and a living room with a pull-out corner sofa, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. From the living room, you can reach the spacious balcony of the apartment. WiFi is available. Berlin city center is only 40 minutes away by car or train. If you like to watch planes, this is the place to be. Note: The BER can cause noise in certain wind situations. There is free parking on the premises and on the street right in front of the premises. Other things to note The house is located about 5 km from the city limits of Berlin, so that you can reach the city center of Berlin in 40 minutes by car or train. BER Airport is 17 km away and Potsdam is about 30 km away. With the S-Bahn train, you have many options to go to Berlin even without a car (Mahlow S-Bahn station [S2] about 3.5 km, Waßmannsdorf S-Bahn station [S9, S45] about 7 km away). Highway connection: via the B 96 you can reach the A 10 in 10 minutes.
