This house like our other homes is a great place for families and close friends to gather. It is NOT a great place for parties. Our neighbors will call the Sheriff and we will then seek a maximum fee of $2500 for what the county will fine and impose on us. Houseboats are better for these kinds of events. Not our private homes. Guest access You have access to the entire home and property except the garage. We also supply two kayaks (starting Summer 2024). IMPORTANT: We are firm on the max number of guests IMPORTANT ON DOGS: We will allow up to two very well behaved dogs but we do charge $95 per dog. These dogs must be well trained, not puppies and are never let on the furniture or beds. They must never be left alone in the house unless they are crated. Owner must clean up after them. Sorry, no cats. Bringing a pet that is not approved by us and paid for will result in a $500 pet fee. Although most of our guests still have a great time at any water level, we want to make sure you understand the dynamics of this reservoir. The lake may or may not fill up any given year but we will keep guests posted as we always do and offer a full refund up to 60 days before arrival. Although rare, if the lake drops below 140' down, this starts to impact the availability of local boat ramp and marinas requiring travel to another part of the lake.
