In the Gräbele

The apartment is located in a part of the building that used to belong to the adjacent brewery and where the wine bottling plant for the brewery's own wine was located. Even today you can admire the old, empty wine barrels in the basement of the building. The building was lovingly renovated over two years. Although the rustic charm of the former industrial building is still recognizable, the apartment offers a cozy atmosphere where you can feel comfortable. The space The apartment itself is located on the ground floor and has a small, sheltered garden area in the back that invites you to sunbathe and relax. Inside you will find a large open living, dining and cooking area, a bathroom with shower and bathtub and two bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed. For a fifth guest, there is a sofa bed, which can be prepared as a fifth sleeping place (70 cm x 190 cm) in one of the bedrooms or in the living room. Guest access Access to the apartment is via the street Stadtgraben. In front of the house is a parking space and a small protected courtyard that can be used as an outdoor terrace – perfect for relaxing coffee breaks, a cozy breakfast or just for reading.
