Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. The house will allow you full access to the club at coco bay and the beach club in ocotal. Tennis courts, pickle ball courts, beautiful community pool, restaurant and gym. The house also has a private pool. The bedroom is large with its own bathroom. Kitchen is fully stocked with all sorts of gadgets. I do have animals on the premises. Please do not book if you are not a dog lover. They are kept out of your space. The space The property is a gated community with 24 hour guards. Beautiful clubhouse. The clubhouse has a restaurant as well as a beautiful pool, tennis courts, pickle ball courts and gym. 5 minute drive to town. We are very close to two different beaches. Ocotal beach and playa del coco. We are close to stores and restaurants. It is the perfect place! Guest access You will have your own room with private bathroom. You have a separate entrance if you like. Full access to the pool, patio, and living room and kitchen. This community also has it's own club which you will have full access to as well. During your stay I am easy to contact if I am not in the house. I carry my cell phone unless I have previous worked out other arrangements with you. Other things to note The kitchen is available all the time to make sandwiches or grab drinks but hours are limited for cooking. It is available for cooking from 7:00am-10:am and 4:00pm-7:00pm. You are responsible for your own cleanup. Cleanup must immediately follow your use. Please no mess left behind! The house is kept very neat. It is cleaned 3 days a week.
