New to Koh Tao’s rental market, this adults-only apartment has been refurbished and modernised to cater for today’s travellers every need. A large fully furnished & serviced studio apartment with modern kitchen, rooftop pool and ocean-front balcony. The space Located in the popular North Sairee area, a short distance away from beaches and the nearby town of Sairee, the hub of the island’s bar and restaurant scene. Come for sunsets, serenity, and ocean-front living. The rooftop pool boasts uninterrupted horizon views, a wonderful option for dinner and sunset cocktails! The interior is cosy with a spacious feel. There is a large new smart TV at the end of the sumptuous king-size bed. The room is served by hi-speed WiFi and has a dedicated work station, should you need it. All plug sockets are universal, and have USB/USB-C ports so there is no need for travel adapters. Included is a modern and fully equipped kitchen (oven, gas hob, air-fryer, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and microwave). Choose to eat at the breakfast bar or on the balcony. Alternatively, eat at the shaded, rooftop dining area by the pool. Of course, you can use the kitchen to cook for yourself or do as most people do, choose from the many delicious delivery menus available (delivery is free). Koh Tao also has good quality, good variation and good prices when it comes to local restaurants nearby. The balcony to the room is a stunning glass-fronted private space! From here, look below at the crystal ocean waters then lift your gaze to one of the planet’s best sunsets. Each balcony is comfortably furnished, and is the ideal romantic location for dining or sharing a drink. Staying here, you will also have access to the amazing rooftop pool with breathtaking ocean views. Only shared between 3 apartments and 1 house, there is plenty of space for swimming and sunbathing. Some of Koh Tao's best snorkelling is nearby, and we provide masks and snorkels for guests to use free of charge. We will do everything to ensure your stay here is a relaxing and luxurious experience of a lifetime. Guest access Guests share access to the rooftop pool with two other apartments and one house, that are located in the same complex. Other things to note Due to numerous steps and steep drop-offs, this property is not suitable for small children or guests with mobility issues. Please note that the walk from the property to the main road is quite steep, and there are also multiple steps from the car park to the apartment building. The property is built directly on the rocks at the water’s edge and does not have direct beach access; while the sea can sometimes be accessed from the rocks by confident swimmers when conditions are calm, we do not recommend entering the water this way, particularly when the sea is rough.
