Cook up everything from a delicious stack of pancakes to a 3 course meal in the fully equipped kitchen that offers gorgeous marble countertops, a large French door fridge, a coffee station, cookware, dinnerware and utensils you could need. When it comes time to eat, gather together in the elegant dining room with a table set for eight or on a sunny day, enjoy meals alfresco style out in the yard with a garden setting for four and an umbrella to keep you cool. There are four generous bedrooms within the home including master suites with ensuite bathrooms and workspaces and three additional queen bedrooms. If you have additional guests, there are two sleeper sofas available upon request or for even larger groups, the basement level duplex can also be booked to accommodate 20 guests in total. The basement has a separate suite with its own entrance, where other guests live in quiet anonymity. They cannot access your suite at all. For larger groups, the basement level of the home is also available to book. The additional llower evel has its own separate entrance, please contact us if you have more than 14 guests and would like to rent the lower level as well. Starter Basic toiletries - Soap, Toilet paper, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash(sufficient so that you don’t need to go shopping on your first night) For guests without prior reviews or recommendations, we require a refundable deposit of at least $200 or 20% of the total booking price. The security deposit may be retained for the following:  > Additional cleaning  > Damages or missing items >  Unauthorized late check-out You will receive a resolution request for the security deposit, which MUST be settled prior to check-in. It will be refunded 24 hours after check-out time.
