During the fall/winter, warm up by the indoor fireplace after hunting or ice fishing! This peaceful place can sleep 14 people, depending on the season. Lots of amenities! Boat access is only 1 mile away. Make yourself at home away from home! Please note, maximum parking is 4 vehicles. The house will sleep 8 people during the winter months. In the summertime, it can sleep up to 14 people. There is a loft above the garage that will be available when the temperatures are warm enough. Peaceful neighborhood The boat access is 1 mile away from the house. Gravel road is a dead end, go back out the way you came in. Once you hit pavement (SD 109), head north. Boat access is the third right hand turn.
