Cottage (French Chateau with private 47ha forest)

Detached stone house, in the west garden of the Château. From the terrace, you can walk directly into the 47-hectare private woods. 9 x 4 meter swimming pool a few steps away (open in principle from May 1st to November 1st). There is a wood-burning stove (wood included) + electric heating. Wifi from the house, but there is also a good 4G signal. Think "disconnected, back to nature/back to basics", clean air, etc. Skiing possible Le Lioran is 45 min away during January/February/March. The space Kitchen/Living room downstairs, Shower and Toilet also separate, beds on the floor. Guest access The gite and the west gardens, the private wood. (No access to the large house, the other cottage or the garden.)
