Spacious 3BD Apartment |King Bed, Fenced Yard!

Welcome to our Spacious 3BR duplex in Mendota, steps from downtown. Sleep well in a king bed and 2 queens, additional queen in pull-out sofa. Fully furnished and stocked with cookware, dishware, high speed wifi, coffee bar, extra towels and linens and more! The backyard is fenced in, and laundry machines are provided free of charge for those extended stays. We are in a quiet residential neighborhood. Reach out with questions about your stay! The space This is a 2 story apartment, in the upper 2 levels of a 3 story duplex in a residential neighborhood. This apartment is accessed by going up a flight of stairs. The Master Bedroom, Living and Dining room, full bathroom work desk and Kitchen are all in the main level, and the additional 2 bedrooms and second full bathroom are in the upper level. Guest access Guests have full access to everything in this private apartment. There is also a laundry room in the building that is shared with the lower level apartment in this duplex, and a fenced-in backyard that is also shared with the lower level apartment in this duplex. Other things to note Items to be aware of so that they do not negatively impact your stay: This apartment is above a flight of stairs that is just inside the front door to the building. Guests will need to be considerate of the downstairs apartment with noise levels (carefull about stomping around the floor, that kinda thing!). Please remove your shoes. Parking is on a gravel parking area just outside the front entry door. We do not have garage parking, and can park a maximum of 2 cars. AC is provided via window AC units. These are removed in the winter time, and put back as the weather starts to demand it. We try to time this for as little inconvenience as possible to our guests. If you find them need to be removed/installed during your stay, we can accommodate that.
