Kleinstes Haus Deutschlands
Description
Welcome to the Mini-Haus in the Schnoorviertel, Bremen - Germany's smallest house! The ideal base for your city trip: there is a cozy bed, shower, toilet, kettle, French press, cups, plates, cutlery. Everything is there for your short trip. The roof terrace offers a unique view. Small, but perfect for discovering the charming Schnoor district and an eventful time in Bremen. The space 4sqm of ingenuity, almost 3 years of renovation in harmony with the preservation order. From a former utility room with a chicken coop on the roof to one of the most special vacation apartments in the heart of perhaps the most beautiful quarter in Germany: the Schnoorviertel in Bremen. We have found space in the smallest house in Germany for: A shower, double bed to fold out, small coffee kitchen, a table with 2 folding stools, the smallest toilet in the world (according to the Italian manufacturer), washbasin, mini fridge and a folding ladder specially designed for this room, via which you can access your own roof terrace with 2 chairs through the huge skylight. Everything about this vacation apartment in Bremen is unique. We built a new roof truss and had the rubble burnt into new tiles, which now adorn the shower wall. We hid the heating in the walls and clad it with clay plaster, installed a skylight under which you can sleep as if you were in the open air and look directly at the stars from your bed. We built our own windows and doors according to the specifications of the listed building, as well as repairing the façade and the brickwork. We have developed a special folding bed for 2 people (1.1x2m), with reading light, storage space and folding table. A powder-coated stainless steel folding ladder that allows you to access the terrace without ever being in the way. A bathroom with the world's smallest toilet, washbasin, ventilation and enough storage space for towels, toilet paper, soap etc. Of course, there is also a bag rack and a mini fridge to pull out. There is WiFi, a coffee machine (French press), crockery and a few games for you to discover in the many small cupboards and drawers. It really is a miracle, but it all fits in there and is waiting for your visit.
