The living room has a smart TV with cable and all streaming apps and a Sofa Bed. There is an electric fireplace in the dining room with a remote that enables you to control the temperature and colors of flames. Modern appliances and furniture throughout. 3rd Floor: The bedrooms and laundry are on the third floor. The master bedroom has a king bed with a spacious walk-in closet, a large balcony overlooking the park, and cable TV. The second bedroom contains a queen bed, and both bedrooms contain beautiful ensuite bathrooms. Rooftop: The entire rooftop is your private patio space with outdoor furniture, a gas fireplace, and a gas grill. The patio gives 360-degree views of the city skyline, Empower Field, and the mountains. Guest access You will have the entire 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors to yourself. There is a smart lock on the door for your safety and security. I will provide the code prior to your arrival. Feel free to use any of the supplies available to you including kitchen and cleaning supplies, extra towels and linens, washing pods, and drying sheets. However, these items must not leave the property. Other things to note The Bronco Football stadium is located in my neighborhood and therefore street parking is restricted on certain stadium event days from 12 pm-9 pm. During those days, you will need to ensure your car is parked in front of my garage space or a few streets over so that you do not get a ticket.
