The bathroom, modern and clean, is fitted with a shower, fresh towels, toilet paper, and shampoo for your convenience. For your entertainment, there's a television with cable and access to Netflix, as well as high-speed wireless internet. And for those warmer days or simply for your comfort, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning and a ceiling fan ensuring optimal air circulation. Guest access To enhance your security and peace of mind, each guest is provided with a unique pin code that is specifically programmed to work only during their reserved stay. This personalized approach ensures that the pin code is active solely from the exact check-in date and time to the precise check-out date and time. Attempting to use the pin code outside this designated window will be unsuccessful, guaranteeing maximum security for our guests. Moreover, this advanced system allows for seamless entry and exit without the need for human intervention, making it incredibly convenient for guests who arrive or depart at late hours. Other things to note Our building uniquely features two apartments per floor. For this particular apartment, please be aware that it is accessible by ascending two small flights of stairs. While it's a short journey, it's essential to consider this if you're bringing luggage, as there's no elevator. We kindly ask guests to be respectful and considerate, as the building boasts its own rich history and charm that we strive to maintain. Please note, in compliance with local regulations, and like most Airbnbs in Costa Rica, we must inform you that our building does not meet the accessibility requirements as stipulated by Costa Rican Law 7600, 'Equal Opportunities Law for Persons with Disabilities'. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and advise guests requiring accessible accommodation to consider this before booking. We kindly ask that you consider leaving a gratuity for the cleaning lady as a gesture of appreciation for her efforts. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please be informed that the service is available for an extra charge of $15. This cleaning includes sweeping and mopping the floors, cleaning the bathroom, emptying the trash, tidying up the living space, and refreshing bed linens and towels. Additionally, out of respect for the next guests and our team, we request that you leave everything as you found it. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated. Please note that smoking, exceeding the guest limit, and bringing pets are not allowed. A $100 fee will be charged for each violation.
