The space The apartment is inside the house but has a completely independent exit and entrance. Located in the center of the old neighborhood of Sopocachi, formerly a residential, bohemian neighborhood where many Bolivian historians, poets and writers lived. It is currently a cultural, tourist and commercial neighborhood with a lot of economic activity where it is easy to find art galleries, cultural centers, parks, squares and viewpoints of the city of La Paz. It is also a commercial and economic neighborhood with banks, shopping centers, elegant hotels, supermarkets and national and international restaurants as well as coffee pubs, educational centers, museums and means of transportation such as the La Paz cable car. Guest access The space is completely private with a large bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, and a fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. The places to share are the backyard, the small garden and the terrace of the house. Other things to note The hot water in the shower is high pressure, very pleasant, both in the sink and dishwasher in the kitchen. Hot water is generated by a water heater for the entire apartment. Enjoy the fully-equipped kitchen but always with the respective care of the gas service for this kitchen. The apartment also has a heater to warm it.
