This loft-type row house offers a comfy home base for travelers who want easy access to Zambales’ top spots without the beachfront price. We’re just a short drive from Pundaquit Beach, where you can enjoy island and beach-hopping adventures to nearby coves and islands. The home is also conveniently close to NETDC (Navy Training Camp), San Felipe, San Narciso, Liwliwa, and the serene Mapanuepe Lake—right at the center of Zambales’ tourist destinations. While we are not beachfront, most attractions are easily accessible by a short ride. We can also help arrange tricycle rides or sedan rides, depending on availability. The house sits on an 80 sqm lot with a 40 sqm floor area (20 sqm ground floor and 20 sqm loft). It features central air-conditioning for a comfortable stay. The living area includes portable Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and a cozy couch. The dining space has a table for four, a refrigerator, plates, utensils, and available cookware such as a rice cooker, water heater, griller, and electric stove. The shower area is simple, clean, and refreshing—perfect after a day of exploring. The loft bedroom has a queen-size bed, with space to add one to two single extra beds if needed. The home is ideal for 2 guests but can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests with extra bedding, making it best for small groups or families who enjoy a compact, well-organized space. Parking is available in front of the house and in the backyard. Important notes for guests: • This is a compact row-type house, and occasional household and neighborhood noise may occur. • Power and water interruptions can happen in the area and are beyond our control. • Guests are encouraged to bring their own personal necessities and dishwashing liquid.
