The space This newly built home (2023) is the only one on the street! With no direct neighbours you can be assured your stay will be peaceful and private. The dining area features two large glass sliding doors which open onto a deck. Here you can take in the uninterrupted, panoramic ocean view in its full glory. Enjoy your morning hot drink on the outdoor furniture or catch the last of the sun with a glass of your favourite drop. Inside is a warm, sun-filled lounge offering a comfortable couch to sit back and relax after a day of exploring. Choose the best seat in the house by the viewing window where guests like to read, journal or day dream. Be warned, once you sit here it's hard to want to do anything else. The home has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and generous wardrobe space. You might spot from your bedroom window a Bellbird or Kereru in the eucalyptus tree. The second bedroom has one single bed and one king single bed. A portacot is in the wardrobe if needed. The open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge have views from every angle. It is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm and entertain. Enjoy a range of complimentary tea, coffee and milk. The laundry is hidden away behind sliding doors in the hallway. Fully equipped with cleaning equipment, washing machine/dryer and wash tub. The carport has a washing line. The house is within walking distance of local cafes, Two Thumb Brewing Co, The Food Dude van, takeaways ( Thai and fish n chips) a butchery, library, bottle shop, pharmacy and medical centre.
