The space Enter my cozy home through the key less entry , walk through the laundry room, into the kitchen. Fully equipped to make any meal you desire, room in the fridge / freezer to store left overs or meal prep. A full sized dinning room table. There is a half bath down stairs as well as the living room. Where you will find a cozy couch you can relax on while streaming your favorite show or movie. Or enjoy relaxing with the plants while playing one of the numerous board games or reading a book. Up stairs you will find your room, full equipped for a restful stay. The room has its own lock to ensure your privacy and comfort. It has a Queen sized bed , with a 10in memory foam topper. Black out curtains on the big window to ensure peace while sleeping. Your own tv in the room to stream from bed if you’d like. A large closet for all your belongings. A desk to do any work at. As well as 2 full length mirrors and a large vanity mirror to get ready with. I provide you with your own yoga mat to stretch out on if you’d like. As well as an inflatable paddle board available to use if you’d like to hit the beach or rivers with it! I will provide you with all the towels, beach supplies, cleaning products. Leaving you just responsible for choosing what fun activities you’ll end up doing while here! Guest access My home is two story’s. 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bath. You will have pretty much free range of the entire home. Both rooms have doors with locks, you will receive a key to lock your bedroom door if you wish. Your privacy and comfort is top priority to me, and I hope you respect mine as well. The full bathroom up stairs is shared, you will have plenty of space dedicated for your belongings in the bathroom& hallway closet for any toiletries you may bring; all bath towels, cleaning supplies , toilet paper will be provided unless you prefer your own. During your stay My boyfriend Jonathan (37) and I (31) live together here with our small dachshund mix. We are both very active and busy young professionals, usually out of the house between 6am- 12 and not back until between 6pm - 12am depending on the day. Jonathan is a realtor & musician , and Im a manager at Trader Joe’s & yoga instructor. Not only are we busy professionals but active adults with working out, practicing jujitsu, surfing, seeing live music, enjoying the outdoors. We will be in and out of the house all day & available to help you with anything you need & if not, we will be out of your way! Benjamin is our dog , who we take with us everywhere we can, and when he’s home he’s very chill & well behaved. We like to travel a lot too. So you may even have the house to yourself . Other things to note Location : James Island, 10 minutes from Folly Beach and 10 minutes from downtown. Easy access to MUSC ** all utilities included**** Relax after a long day in your spacious room fully furnished with a queen sized bed, desk for productivity & TV ready to stream all streaming platforms. Store your belongings in the ample closet space. Mingle with fellow roommates in the inviting living room, perfectly furnished for leisure. Whip up delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Both a full bathroom and a convenient half bath are readily available for your use. All utilities , cleaning supplies, house maintenance , paper products and streaming services included!
