The villa is accessed by a path 140cm wide with 25 step to reach the front door. The front door has a width of 150cm, other access doors are also 150cm wide. Once within the villa grounds, the terrain is mostly flat. The path from the villa to the pool area is 180cm wide and there are no steps, the pool itself has ladder access only. This villa is single-storey with only 1 bedroom and bathroom the access doors measure 80cm wide.
