Private Cosy getaway in the English countryside Whether you want to take advantage of the many local coastal & woodland walks or stroll to the local country pub Or just have some time to yourself & cosy up in the lodge or relax in the garden & feed our ducks You will have the entire lodge to yourself so you will not be disturbed it has its own private entrance as outlined in green on the photos Contactless check in No smoking in the lodge No parties Maldon high street is a 10 min drive The space Kingsize bed Contactless check in Breakfast bar Kitchen Bathroom And bedroom all on the same floor Tv & fire place Iron and ironing board Hair dryer hair styler and hair straighteners Portable fan Playing cards Binoculars Board games The lodge will be pre heated so it is cosy & warm when you arrive Milk tea coffee & pastries will also be there for you on arrival to enjoy Duck & fish treats will be left out for you on the garden table if you would like to feed them the ducks will sit by you Our cosy village pub with a open fire and courtyard is 0.3 miles away Our village church is next to the pub The sea wall walk is beautiful & only a 10 minute walk from the lodge Maldons ever popular promenade park is only 4.9miles away with a variety of attractions and activities available Maldon high street is quaint and quirky with lots of historical buildings & great restaurants 40 minutes from stansted airport 10 minute drive to tollesbury 1.5 miles away from wedding venue vaulty manor Private entrance to the lodge detached from the main house self check in & the area booked is exclusively for guests only I can provide a fold up bed to accommodate one child to be set up in the kitchenette area of the lodge the lodge is open plan please let me know before arrival if you would like to request this This will be free of charge The bbq is available for guest use and gas is provided for you Guest access The areas highlighted in green only Please park in the designated meadow view lodge bay there will be a sign there Other things to note Please stick to areas in green The bqq is available for guests to use but please ensure all gas is turned off once finished Fish & duck food is on the garden dining table so feel free to feed them if you wish We have parking available for two guest vehicles There is a welcome folder in the lodge with restaurant recommendations and local attractions and activities If you would like to try our ducks eggs they are freshly laid daily & are available to purchase on the cart at the beginning of the driveway
