Violations may result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund: *No Smoking: Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, marijuana, and vaping) is strictly prohibited inside the building and within 50 feet of the property, including outdoor areas. Reports of smoke or odor will lead to cancellation, damage charges, and a formal complaint through the booking platform. *No Parties or Events: Gatherings are not permitted. All Mrs Rent homes have exterior cameras and decibel readers (noise monitors) to ensure quiet enjoyment for all. Excessive noise, music, or parties will result in your stay being terminated without a refund. *Plumbing Guidelines To prevent damage and costly repairs, please do not flush or dispose of the following items in toilets, sinks, or garbage disposals.
