Take the opportunity to watch for wildlife. Daffodils in the spring and fall foliage are wonderful photographic experiences. Venture out to appreciate more of nature at Freidman Park for walking, hiking and biking. Explore Bluegrass Fish and Wildlife Area for biking, fishing, kayaking, birdwatching, wildlife and photography. The space The front portion of the house: bedroom, office, full bath, and cozy living room. The back portion of the house: master bedroom and master bathroom (with whirlpool tub), ½ bath, very large living room, laundry room, and sunroom. Central portion of the house: kitchen and dining area Front porch is accessible from the front door and back patio is accessible from the back living room and sunroom. Very private back yard. Guest access As our guest(s) you will have access to the entire house, porch, and back patio. Parking in private driveway. Garage is excluded. No garage access. Other things to note Keyless front door. Free Wifi. Smart TV(s). Board games and books. Outdoor yard games.  Maximum 4 guests. No additional guests allowed. Only the number of guests listed on the original reservation are allowed during the stay. If this house rule is violated, extra guests will be charged $50 per guest per night.  Guest making reservation (booker) must be on the premises.  No smoking on the premises; inside or outside. This includes any type of tobacco products, marijuana, e-cigarettes, and other substances. If this house rule is violated, a $250 additional cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.  No illegal substances or illegal activity on the premises.  No parties or large gatherings  No pets allowed. Due to family pet allergies, a house rule is no pets. If pets are on the premises, this is a violation of the house rule, and a $250 fee will be charged to the guest for a pet fine and to cover additional cleaning fees. Guests are responsible for any damages incurred.  No garage access (rental includes house only)  If major cleaning of kitchen appliances (stovetop, oven, microwave and/or refrigerator) is needed, an additional $50 cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.  The back of the property is only to the ditch line.  Quiet hours begin at 10:00 p.m.  Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
