*I only rent to verified guests with positive reviews. This rental is for a dedicated bedroom and bathroom in a brand new house located in a new, quiet neighborhood. The house is always pretty clean, quiet, and peaceful. No pets, no kids, no one else to bother you. The house is located on the eastern edge of Odessa, with easy/quick access to either Odessa or Midland. The space Message me for extended stays. - I ONLY allow extended stays if you plan to return to your home or be away on weekends. - Your belongings can stay in the room and a very minimal fee is charged for weekends - I update the total stay to take this into account. Guest access Guests will have access to all parts of the house, except my bedroom/bathroom/closet or the second guest bedroom. During your stay I am usually home/around, so I am typically available to help with anything or you can contact me via text/call/or Airbnb message. I may spend time in the living room/dining room and you are welcome to join me or not. Doesn't bother me one way or the other. Other things to note I reserve the right to have my own guests over at my house, but they will never stay overnight nor will they ever enter your dedicated bedroom or bathroom. I nor my guests will ever disrespect your space or you during your stay.
