Welcome to the SoNo Bungalow, where the historic neighborhoods of South Park and North Park meet! This charming 1930’s bungalow is a comfy and relaxing place to unwind during your stay in San Diego. Enjoy exploring the city from this centrally located and peaceful part of the city. Balboa Park & Zoo- 2 miles (8 mins) Convention Center- 5 miles (15 mins) Mission Beach/Bay/Belmont Park- 11 miles (20 mins) Airport- 9 miles (15 mins) The space This 2 bed 1 bath 920 sq foot bungalow has both historic charm and modern touches throughout. You’ll have exclusive use of the entire house as well as the fully fenced in private front yard. The bungalow situated on a multi-unit lot and is a standalone home (no shared walls) -Both bedrooms have queen beds in addition to a queen bed sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress in the living room for flexible sleeping arrangements. -A baby Bjorn travel crib, inflatable twin mattress, small toddler potty, and highchair are available to make traveling with little ones a breeze. -3 portable ac units are available for the living room and bedrooms during warmer summer months (typically Aug-Sept). -Full sized laundry machines are in the kitchen with laundry soap provided. -Curl up and read a book near the gas fireplace or enjoy a morning coffee on the patio in the fully fenced in private front yard. -Enjoy the smart tv which includes Samsung tv (350+ channels), Netflix, and you may also log in to other streaming services that you have a login for (no traditional cable tv). -The large dining table seats 6 and is a great gathering place for meals or to play board games or relax doing a puzzle. -Six beach towels, an umbrella, picnic/beach blanket , sand toys and 2 beach chairs are included for trips to local beaches and parks. -Free street parking is available right outside the home, we do not provide a dedicated off street parking spot. Thankfully in our little pocket of the neighborhood there is ample street parking. The area also has no special street parking restrictions such as street sweeping, etc. Guest access Guests will have exclusive use of the entire house and fully fenced in private front yard. The driveway and backyard behind the home are not a part of the rental, these spaces are used by the hosts. Other things to note Our house can comfortably host up to 6 guests max including any children over 1 yrs old, please verify you’ve included all individuals who will be staying on the reservation and that it does not exceed the 6 guest max. We are pet friendly and allow up to 2 pets maximum. If you do plan on bringing a pet during your visit, we kindly ask that you include them on the reservation when booking. We welcome mid term stays (travel nurse, winter snowbirds) any 31+ day stay is not subject to the local transient occupancy tax, message me to make sure your booking amount is accurate for any 1 month or longer stay. Out of respect for our neighbors and to maintain a peaceful neighborhood we do not allow any parties, loud music, or large gatherings of any kind on the property. We look forward to hosting you!
