Small Budget Room: City Centre

This traditional Scottish city home is located just 5 minutes from Waverley train station and a two minute walk from York Place tram stop and Edinburgh Bus Station; both with direct airport links. Everything is in walking distance; you could not hope for a more central location - especially for the Edinburgh festival! This small double bedroom is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers looking for somewhere central to lay their head for the evening. The space There is one small double bed, hanger space for clothing and fresh towels, shower gel and shampoo provided. Please be aware that the room is rather small and is more suited to overnight stays rather than longer trips. In addition there is no window - only a skylight which you can open with the telescopic pole provided. Fast WiFi broadband is available in all areas of the flat. Other rooms in the flat include; fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table and bathroom with a shower which is all available for guests to use. Metered parking is available outside the flat along with bus, tram and train stops. Street parking is free on a Saturday and Sunday also. Within 10 minutes walk you have: Princes Street, Scotts Monument, Grass-market etc. Within 15 minutes walk you have: Edinburgh Castle, Royal Mile, Harry Potter’s birthplace, Carlton Hill etc. There are also lots of bars / restaurants very close by if you don't feel like venturing into town. Please note: you must be able to climb 3 sets of relatively steep stairs to get to the apartment. Guest access Guests will have a private room with a lock and have access to the shared bathroom and kitchen. Other things to note Must be able to climb 3 sets of relatively steep stairs. Please do not book this room if you are unable to carry your luggage up a steep stairway. There is no standard window, only a skylight that can be opened with the pole provided.
