This airy, comfortable beach home, is centrally situated in a quiet, leafy green neighbourhood, in Buderim. Only a stone’s throw from Buderim Village, Mooloolaba and Alexandra Headland beaches, as well as a few minutes drive to the Sunshine Plaza and Kawana Shopping world. The living area is on the entrance level, whilst the bedrooms and bathrooms are up stairs. The space This two level home hosts high ceilings and spacious rooms. Ocean views are visible on both levels, and the house is surrounded by lush vegetation. The outside deck is perfect for entertaining, or to simply sit quietly and enjoy the sounds of nature in the surroundings. The pool table and dart board will add another element of fun to your stay, whilst the crystal clear pool is a welcome addition on hot summer days. There is a completely separate flat on the property, which hosts a very quiet, and private, long term tenant. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, garden and pool. Other things to note We have two very independent cats which will be taken care of by our rental tenant. They may visit the surrounds. Please keep the screen doors shut if you’d prefer not to have them inside.
