Open plan kitchen with everything you need for your holidays. Five bedrooms perfect for family groups, with great quality mattresses and bedding: 1 x Master King bed with ensuite (sleeps 2) 1 x Queen Bed (sleeps 2) 1 x Queen Bed (sleeps 2) 2 x Bunk beds/playroom (sleeps 4 kids) 1 x Day Bed with trundle (sleeps 2) Guest access Entire house and garden. Plenty of off road parking on the property. Other things to note Important Notes: High Season: Minimum stay of 7 nights. Shorter stays are not accepted. Booking Requirements: Guests with no reviews must message before instant booking. Share guest ages and purpose of stay. All guests must be declared at booking. Property Rules: Professionally cleaned for every stay, including linen/towels. No smoking. Respect neighbors: no loud music; move indoors by 10/11 pm. Strict no-party policy: no schoolies, bucks/hens, or events. Family/adult groups only (max 6 adults). Minimum age 25. Outdoor spaces not to be used 11 pm–7 am (Mornington Shire Code of Conduct). Non-compliance may result in cancellation without refund. Pets: Only with pre-approval ($60 extra).
