Located at the foot of the Ourthe, our penthouse offers spectacular views of the river and lush vegetation. You will be surrounded by the beauty of nature while enjoying high-end comfort. Our penthouse is custom-designed with elegant decor that combines the historic charm of the Farm-Castle with modern amenities. You'll find everything you need for a memorable stay. - High-speed Wi-Fi connection - Private sauna -TV - Small self-service organic/local grocery store - Map of walks from the farm - List of the best restaurants in the area - Private parking - Washing machine - Discovery of the farm and its animals (goats, cows, sheep, pigs, chickens, etc.) Guest access When entering the farm site, take the road in front of you and park in the second gravel parking lot on your left or follow the "LE PERCHOIR" signs. Head toward the green door. CHECK-IN From 4pm and via a keylock system. 24 hours before check-in, you'll receive a key box code. To access the penthouse, climb the stairs directly to your right when entering the building. Your private lobby is on the first floor and the penthouse is on the second floor. DEPARTURES By 11 a.m. at the latest. Please leave the key on the outside of the bedroom door. The penthouse is nestled in the heart of the farmhouse, located on the second floor of our house with an independent entrance and without the elevator. You can easily reach the city of Durbuy on foot or by bike (10 km) by taking the Ravel directly from the farm, without the slightest encounter with a car. Other things to note The penthouse does not have outdoor access adjacent to the accommodation (terrace type). However, you'll have access to an outdoor area at the bottom of the building, by the river, equipped with a table and chairs for your use.
