A large furnished veranda beside the house includes a dining table, lounge seating and a barbecue with work surface. Swimming Pool: The rectangular pool lies just outside the main living space. Measures 9 x 4 m; maximum depth of 1.30 m; lined in light-blue PVC; chlorine purification; access via metal ladder. A decorative amphora with waterfall feature is positioned at one end. The surrounding solarium is paved in Trani stone and equipped with sunbeds and a cold-water shower.
