The space *HOUSE The house layout features 2LDK and a spacious wood deck with a natural onsen, showcasing a strong emphasis on interior design. This completely private residence boasts a living room equipped with a mobile projector and a screen, creating your own private home theater experience. Additionally, there is a generous dining room and kitchen, along with an expansive wood deck for enjoying a full-scale BBQ. The accommodation is pet-friendly, allowing a maximum of three dogs. （Additional charge for the third dog:【2,000 yen/night per dog】） Free WiFi and a dedicated working space make it an ideal spot for a workcation. The house offers convenient access, situated approximately 5 minutes from Izukogen station, and the accommodation fee remains the same for up to 5 guests. *BEDROOM Bedroom: a cozy double bed and Futon. Japanese bedroom: two comfortable single beds *Double bed is for 2 people. *KITCHEN Our kitchen is an open space designed to cater to all your cooking needs. We offer an array of seasonings, including sugar, salt, pepper, soy sauce, and cooking oil. The kitchen is equipped with such as a commercial refrigerator, a convection microwave oven, a rice cooker, a coffee maker, and a kettle, and more, ensuring you have everything at your fingertips for an enjoyable cooking experience. ■Cooking utensils Rice cooker, frying pan, pot, kettle, microwave, kitchen knife, cutting board, bowl, colander, peeler, grater, wine opener, ladle, spatula, tongs, chopsticks, scissors, etc. ■Cutlery Forks, chopsticks, spoons, knives ■Tableware Glasses, wine glasses, mugs, large and small plates, bowls ■Seasonings Salt, sugar, salt and pepper, soy sauce, salad oil ■Coffee Coffee set *BBQ BBQs are allowed between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. There is a 1500 yen fee for using the charcoal grill throughout your stay. We supply salt, pepper, soy sauce, sugar, oil, tongs, gridiron, fire starters, and a lighter for your convenience. However, please remember to bring your own charcoal and food for the BBQ. If desired, you can also bring your own BBQ sauce, skewers, and other items. You can easily make this payment using your credit card by scanning the QR code provided at the accommodation. *AMENITIES Indulge in our thoughtfully provided amenities, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, towels and toothbrushes. *HOT SPRING Our bathroom is adorned with locally sourced Izu Wakakusa stone, a rare gem no longer available for mining. Immerse yourself in the lap of luxury as you indulge in our exquisite onsen experience. NOTE: Due to the limited hot spring supply source, the hot spring at Cedar Retreat House operates during specific hours. We kindly ask guests to be mindful of the designated hours for hot spring usage. Please note the following operating hours and days off for the hot spring: Regular Hours: -Monday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Holidays -New Year’s holiday season: December 30th to January 5th -Spring break: March 25th to April 7th -Summer vacation: July 25th to August 31st -Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Regular Day Off: -Every 2nd and 4th Wednesday Note: If the next day is a holiday, Onsen will be supplied. *WOOD DECK Step onto our expansive wood deck—an extension of your indoor living space, but under the open sky. Experience the finesse of charcoal grilling with our available BBQ grill. For those light drizzles, unfold the parasol and continue your BBQ delight. Kindly bring along your charcoal and food. Worry not, as we furnish you with a fire starter and a lighter to ignite your BBQ adventure. *DOG RUN/AMENITIES Our enclosed dog run ensures the safety of even the smallest dogs. We provide amenities such as beds, cages suitable for small and medium-sized dogs, pet sheets, bowls, and more. *Projector You can enjoy Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, and YouTube. However, we will discontinue providing Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts as of January 5, 2026. You will still be able to enjoy movies and videos within the facility, but please log in using your own account when viewing. Additionally, if using our company account, you will not be able to view paid content. Therefore, if you wish to view paid content, please prepare your own account. Other things to note Available check-in time: Check-in time is from 16:00 to 22:00. We cannot respond to any problems related to check-in after 22:00. About changing the number of guests: We do not have a room charge system, so even if you are within the maximum number of guests, the price will change according to the number of guests. If there is a change in the number of guests, please contact us at least one day prior to your stay. In addition, if you are only using the facilities for a BBQ or other event and not staying overnight, you will still be charged the usual additional fee. Number of guests: We are not a room charge system. Rates will vary depending on the number of people. If any change of number of guests happens, please let us know. In case of change of guests happens without notifying us, we will charge fee of additional guest and 1.5 times of the total fee of stay. Parking: Parking on site is allowed for one car. About the natural environment: The property is located in a rich natural environment, so you can see wild birds, squirrels, and other animals such as beetles. Although we take measures to prevent insects from entering the rooms, it is difficult to prevent them completely, so we do not recommend guests who are not fond of insects to stay at the hotel.
